Technical Delegate

Responsibilities

• Execute field and remote missions to support dealerships and technical centers across Europe
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents including electrical and electronic faults
• Use OEM diagnostic tools for software updates, reprogramming, and parameterization
• Interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical bulletins to identify root causes
• Produce technical reports and incident summaries for engineering and quality stakeholders
• Coordinate and coach multidisciplinary teams at the point of repair
• Feed recurring issues and lessons learned into continuous improvement loops

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive technical support, diagnostics, or OEM technical assistance
• Hands-on experience resolving complex electrical/electronic and drivability issues
• Proficiency with OEM diagnostic platforms and tools like wiTECH POD or DiagBOX VCI
• Strong understanding of modern automotive systems (powertrain, chassis, ADAS, CAN/LIN/FlexRay)
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and technical documentation
• Proficiency in ECU programming, coding, and configuration
• Strong technical writing skills for incident summaries and repair instructions
• Good command of written and spoken English

• European field support experience
• Multi-brand familiarity
• Additional European languages
