Technical Data Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution of the Data Quality monitor platform
• Define and evolve standard, certified metrics for product health and data quality
• Drive platform adoption and usability to enable self-service data insights
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Data Architecture, and Business teams
• Establish and evangelize data governance and quality standards across Ford Pro
• Translate complex data quality metrics into clear business impact and ROI narratives for leadership
• Provide product leadership for complex investigations and root cause resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field
• 5+ years of overall technical or industry experience
• 2-3 years of experience specifically in Product Management
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for analyzing large-scale datasets
• Experience with analytics or reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Amplitude, Power BI)
• Proven experience collaborating with engineering and analytics teams to deliver data products

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience working with connected devices, data ingestion, and telemetry-based insights
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
