Technical Data Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote digitalization projects for Reference Data business evolution
• Define IT requirements for Reference Data processes
• Manage the Logistic Data Integration team and oversee subcontractor activities
• Collect, compile, and validate configuration and industrial reference data for customer maintenance systems
• Ensure the integrity and consistency of ILS product data in logistic databases
• Support customers with data migrations and loading reference data into Maintenance Information Systems (MIS)
• Generate reports and monitor KPIs to track performance
• Resolve technical customer queries regarding reference data

Requirements

• Technical background in Aeronautics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or Aeronautical Engineering
• Knowledge of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO)
• Experience in data analysis and data wrangling from large, heterogeneous databases
• Proficiency in operational management and supplier relationship management (SRM)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow up on complex activities
• English language proficiency at a negotiation level (French is a plus)
• A proactive, curious, and customer-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in aircraft maintenance or customer services
• Experience with the operational management of IT developments
• Prior experience with Airbus (internships are a plus)
