Technical Data Front Desk Engineer

Responsibilities

• Answer technical data queries related to IPC, AMM, TSM, CMM, and drawings to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Perform pre-analysis of airline queries and manage the logging of requests into the system.
• Resolve Level 1 queries directly and escalate Level 2 or higher queries to the appropriate Business Units.
• Coordinate with transnational departments, including Design Offices and Engineering Support, to ensure consistent technical responses.
• Conduct data analysis and generate routine status reports, including weekly reviews and management updates.
• Identify recurring technical topics and implement necessary action plans to improve service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of experience in the airline maintenance and engineering domain, specifically with Airbus aircraft.
• Deep familiarity with Airbus technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of airline organizational structures and operations.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively within multi-cultural teams and with customers.
