Technical Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting on large-scale hardware and software systems for manufacturing and customer support
• Conduct electrical testing, measure electrical interfaces, and manage software using specialized test equipment
• Process customer reports by evaluating error codes, problem reports, and other technical data
• Support the development team with integration projects and prototyping
• Assist with system retrofitting and provide on-site technical assistance to customers

Requirements

• Vocational training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or information technology (with relevant further qualification)
• Experience working with software and IT networks, specifically Linux
• Basic programming skills in Java and Python
• Strong analytical, goal-oriented, and communication skills
• Very good English language skills for customer interaction
• Willingness to travel between company locations and to customer sites
