About the role
Responsibilities
- Processing technical and application-related inquiries via email, CRM system, and chat
- Close collaboration with the global sales and service network
- Planning, conducting, and following up on training and workshops for service technicians
- Careful creation and review of service documentation
- Performing repairs in-house and occasionally on-site at customer locations
Requirements
- Completed technical or scientific training (e.g., HTL)
- Customer-oriented mindset with ideally some customer service experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team spirit and a cooperative working style
- High sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- Manual dexterity and good technical understanding
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel (up to 5%)
