About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute deployment strategies for application solutions on hosted and on-premise customer servers
  • Act as a subject matter expert to identify technical challenges and propose resilient solutions or workarounds
  • Provide technical guidance, user training, and troubleshooting assistance to ensure successful system adoption
  • Create and maintain comprehensive deployment documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting resources
  • Identify opportunities to optimize deployment processes and implement automation or tool improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in deployment support, software implementation, or a similar technical role
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (compute, storage, networking, and databases)
  • Proficiency in server provisioning, configuration management, and virtualization technologies like VMWare or Hyper-V
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts including IP addressing, routing, load balancing, and firewalls
  • Solid knowledge of cloud security best practices, including IAM and data protection

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation
  • Foundational understanding of Business Accounting or Payroll Management processes
  • Ability to quickly master specific software product suites to provide expert-level support
