About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate deployment activities, including developing strategies, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Provide technical architecture guidance and support to teams during the software deployment process.
- Assist end-users through training sessions and high-quality technical troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain comprehensive deployment documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting resources.
- Identify opportunities to optimize deployment processes through automation and workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in deployment support, software implementation, or a similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Proficiency in system administration (server provisioning, configuration) and networking (IP addressing, routing, firewalls).
- Solid understanding of cloud security best practices, including IAM and data protection.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a self-directed approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
- Foundational understanding of Business Accounting or Payroll Management.
- Ability to quickly master complex software products to serve as a subject matter expert.
