About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate deployment activities, including developing strategies, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Provide technical architecture guidance and support to teams during the software deployment process.
  • Assist end-users through training sessions and high-quality technical troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive deployment documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting resources.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize deployment processes through automation and workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in deployment support, software implementation, or a similar technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Proficiency in system administration (server provisioning, configuration) and networking (IP addressing, routing, firewalls).
  • Solid understanding of cloud security best practices, including IAM and data protection.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a self-directed approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
  • Foundational understanding of Business Accounting or Payroll Management.
  • Ability to quickly master complex software products to serve as a subject matter expert.
