About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design deployment strategies and manage timelines to ensure flawless execution of application rollouts.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on deployed systems, identifying technical risks and proposing resilient solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new functionalities.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including troubleshooting resources and user guides.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize deployment processes through automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in deployment support, software implementation, or a similar technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including compute, storage, and networking services.
  • Proficiency in server provisioning, configuration management, and virtualization technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V, or KVM).
  • Deep understanding of networking concepts including IP addressing, routing, load balancing, and firewalls.
  • Solid knowledge of cloud security best practices, including IAM and data protection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
  • Foundational understanding of Business Accounting or Payroll Management processes.
  • Ability to quickly master complex software products to provide expert-level internal and user support.
