Responsibilities
- Rebuild customer success practices, establishing processes, metrics, and culture
- Act as the first line of technical defense by troubleshooting integrations and diagnosing configuration issues
- Own customer health, including renewals, retention, and proactive engagement
- Partner with product and engineering teams to champion customer needs and influence the product roadmap
- Manage strategic relationships from Fortune 500 enterprises to AI startups, serving as a trusted advisor
Requirements
- 6+ years in customer success, account management, or solutions engineering
- Experience in a Series A-C startup environment or a strong desire to work in one
- Ability to work with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
- Technical fluency to troubleshoot complex product configurations
- Experience in identity, access management, or security is preferred but not required
