Responsibilities
- Shape the success journey for customers as a strategic advisor
- Drive product adoption and usage
- Act as a day-to-day contact for existing customers
- Support the sales team during pre-sales processes
- Solve complex problems around revenue and marketing attribution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a CSM within B2B SaaS (MarTech or Big Data preferred)
- Proven track record of driving results for customers and companies
- Strategic approach to customer management and strong business acumen
- Ability to navigate complex organizations to influence collaboration
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
- SQL, JavaScript, and/or Website Script Tracking skills are a significant advantage
Benefits
- Base Salary of $110,000-$130,000
