About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain executive and technical relationships with key customer stakeholders to align Dell AI solutions with their business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor providing guidance on AI infrastructure, AIOps, data platforms, machine learning, and generative AI adoption.
  • Drive customer success through proactive engagement, adoption planning, value realization reviews, and continuous optimization of AI environments.
  • Advocate for customers internally by coordinating with Sales, Services, Support, and Engineering teams to resolve challenges and accelerate outcomes.
  • Monitor customer AI environments using telemetry and analytics to identify risks and deliver proactive performance recommendations.

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in enterprise infrastructure, including AI servers, GPU platforms, storage, networking, and data center architectures.
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Platforms, MLOps, or AIOps.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities using operational data and performance metrics to drive business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience delivering complex enterprise IT, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives in customer-facing roles.
  • Industry certifications or hands-on experience with NVIDIA, Dell AI Factory, VMware, Kubernetes, or Microsoft Azure AI.
