About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with accounts at risk to prevent churn and ensure long-term retention
- Drive product adoption and maximize customer value realization
- Debug and resolve technical workflow issues for clients
- Drive onboarding and deployment processes for new customers
- Deliver training sessions to customer teams to ensure platform proficiency
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Share customer insights and feedback with the product team to influence the roadmap
Requirements
- Medior or Senior level experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a similar role
- Tech-savvy with the ability to debug and investigate technical workflows
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, "get stuff done" attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities
- Fluency in English
