About the role

Responsibilities

  • Help customers via telephone and written inquiries
  • Guide customers in WordPress, email setup, and web hosting
  • Follow up on cases to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle follow-up calls and minor ad hoc tasks
  • Contribute to updating and simplifying website information and guides
  • Assist colleagues with technical questions and knowledge sharing

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to explain technical solutions simply
  • Customer service orientation and ability to handle complex technical issues
  • Good overview of internet technologies (web servers, mail setup, domain management)
  • Proficiency in Danish and English
  • Practical experience in at least one of the following: WordPress, Linux hosting, Windows hosting, PHP, CMS platforms, MySQL, or DNS records
