About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform timely technical support and issue management for complex products and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by collaborating with peers and partner groups
  • Act as an internal and external subject matter expert on D&B systems
  • Interface with team members to provide guidance on technical requirements and issue resolution
  • Validate solutions against customer needs and expectations
  • Make recommendations for system, process, and product enhancements based on support experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 to 8 years of related experience
  • Strong proficiency and experience in JavaScript
  • Experience with data manipulation, including extracting, transferring, and storing data files
  • Experience performing administrative work in a CRM environment (e.g., SFDC)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical requirements in layman's terms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intermediate SQL experience
  • Experience supporting or using APIs
  • Experience using AI in a professional capacity to improve productivity and efficiency
