About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers to manage the fulfillment process from order to billing for hazardous waste services.
- Own all internal and external communications regarding the customer service cycle.
- Create new Waste Information Profiles (WIPs) in adherence to EPA and RCRA regulations.
- Coordinate with customers to obtain required information to maintain EPA, RCRA, DOT, and OSHA compliance.
- Create accurate and detailed jobs and tickets for operations and billing teams.
- Coordinate with branch operations and disposal facilities to schedule service requests.
- Work with the Billing Coordinator to manage invoicing and supporting documentation.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in customer service or fulfillment.
- Experience in waste management and disposal.
- High School Diploma.
- Knowledge of EPA, RCRA, or DOT regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in science, mathematics, or business.
- Technical knowledge of waste management and disposal.
