Technical Curriculum Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and design phase for new ERP and CRM curricula
• Create, implement, and revise curriculum materials for Salesforce Administrator roles
• Develop dynamic learning content using various media and technologies
• Create facilitator guides and learning activities for diverse learning styles
• Maintain curriculum quality through ongoing oversight and version control
• Synthesize feedback from learners and instructors to drive rapid iteration
• Develop instructor onboarding materials and technical resource libraries

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design
• 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
• Active presence on Salesforce Trailhead with significant badges/superbadges
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Strong understanding of ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and measurable learning objectives
• Exceptional technical writing skills to simplify complex jargon

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a SAP Administrator
• SAP Certifications
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist or Platform App Builder certifications
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages like Java or Python
• Experience in coaching, training, or mentoring
