Technical Corner Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead connected solutions strategy and execution for global Construction Equipment product lines to improve machine uptime and dealer efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert for connected data, including datasets, algorithm concepts, and insight development.
• Drive data governance and safeguard data quality across all connected sources, software systems, and telemetry feeds.
• Identify global opportunities to proactively reduce downtime through data trend analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, quality, and technical publications, to deliver diagnostic packages and machine insights.
• Chair monthly reviews and lead workshops with external partners to maximize the value of machine data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of technical experience in mobile or heavy industrial equipment, or a Diploma with 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying and analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI and other analytics platforms.
• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for applied statistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing complex technical projects.
• Proficiency in an additional language.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting complex technical issues in heavy industrial equipment.
