About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technical laboratory analytical activities and team distribution
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality, and Petrobras demands
  • Manage laboratory workforce activities and priorities defined by Petrobras
  • Provide technical assistance to the team and Petrobras when necessary
  • Ensure services follow applicable norms, procedures, and techniques
  • Prepare Daily Occurrence Reports (RDO) and other required documentation
  • Monitor material, supply, and resource needs for service execution
  • Assist in laboratory preparation for internal and external audits and inspections
  • Ensure correct registration of analytical results in the LIMS system
  • Monitor atypical results and identify risks of delay or loss in result release

Requirements

  • Experience in technical coordination of laboratory activities
  • Knowledge of laboratory norms and procedures
  • Ability to manage technical teams and workflows
  • Proficiency in LIMS systems
