Technical Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Supervise the proper functioning of the technical department and hotel infrastructure maintenance
• Ensure high standards of maintenance and technical efficiency across all hotel areas
• Coordinate ongoing repairs, fault removal, and rapid response to technical failures
• Maintain electrical, hydraulic, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and safety systems
• Implement the planned preventive maintenance program
• Perform minor technical and repair works
• Manage the technical team, including work planning, scheduling, and employee development
• Supervise external companies performing inspections, servicing, and renovation works
• Control technical department costs, inventory, and order parts and materials
• Collaborate with suppliers and build effective relationships with service partners
• Ensure guest comfort and safety through efficient technical actions

Requirements

• Experience in technical departments or facility maintenance
• Ability to diagnose faults and effectively solve technical problems
• SEP qualifications – operation Group 1 and Group 2
• Experience in team management is an advantage
• Good organizational skills and independence
• Commitment and responsibility
• Communicative knowledge of Polish and English
• Hospitality industry experience is welcome
