Responsibilities

• Support Technical Department processes in collaboration with the Fleet Manager, Assistant Fleet Manager, and Technical Superintendent
• Monitor all incoming and outgoing messages of the fleet
• Prepare back-office work for daily technical operations, inspections, and dry dockings
• Monitor communications regarding Class, Port State Controls, Safety, Surveys, Maintenance & Services
• Coordinate arrangements for service engineers

Requirements

• Degree in Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Efficiency in troubleshooting and organizing
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness for continuous learning
