Technical Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and assignments to expedite product flow through the plant.
• Lead and coach floor personnel, providing direction and monitoring skill levels to ensure efficient operations.
• Troubleshoot production flow and legacy ribbon lines to increase uptime and changeover efficiencies.
• Conduct thorough shift handoffs and maintain detailed daily logs to ensure continuity.
• Monitor product quality and escalate recurring issues or deviations to supervisors and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement process changes under technical guidance.

Requirements

• High School graduate.
• Certified Manufacturing Associate.
• 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Proven problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and shop floor systems (SAP/CoMET).
