About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide field-based technical support across ACP offices, satellite locations, and courthouses
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, remote access, and AV systems
- Support Salesforce-based case management users and escalate complex issues
- Manage device setup, deployment, asset tracking, and inventory reporting
- Coordinate with ACP leadership, MOCJ IT, vendors, and operational partners
- Deliver one-on-one user support, tutorials, and troubleshooting guidance
- Support meetings, trainings, hearings, and other AV-enabled operations
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree, or equivalent education and experience
- Experience with administrative, analytic, coordinative, supervisory, or liaison work
- Strong technical troubleshooting and user support skills
- Familiarity with case management systems and helpdesk workflows
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the five boroughs of NYC
