About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide field-based technical support across ACP offices, satellite locations, and courthouses
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, remote access, and AV systems
  • Support Salesforce-based case management users and escalate complex issues
  • Manage device setup, deployment, asset tracking, and inventory reporting
  • Coordinate with ACP leadership, MOCJ IT, vendors, and operational partners
  • Deliver one-on-one user support, tutorials, and troubleshooting guidance
  • Support meetings, trainings, hearings, and other AV-enabled operations

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree, or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience with administrative, analytic, coordinative, supervisory, or liaison work
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and user support skills
  • Familiarity with case management systems and helpdesk workflows
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the five boroughs of NYC
