Technical Controller

Responsibilities

• Monitor costs, revenue, productivity, and budgets in real-time to prevent financial impact.
• Act as the primary interface between Site Operations and the Business Unit, translating site activities into accurate financial data.
• Proactively identify deviations from project schedules and cost forecasts using engineering or QS judgment.
• Ensure the accuracy of the Working Budget and Estimates within the iTWO system.
• Drive the feedback loop by capturing site lessons learned to improve future pre-construction tenders.
• Maintain technical compliance, design coordination, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• HND or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related subject.
• Proven experience in a construction or engineering role, ideally with a main contractor.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.
• Understanding of cost estimating software (knowledge of iTWO is a plus).
• Strong analytical, independent, and result-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work on-site at construction locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Site Engineer looking to pivot into strategic analysis.
• Familiarity with commercial processes and project management systems.
