Technical Contracts Officer

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end sourcing and contract management lifecycle for aviation technical services, including aircraft base maintenance and engineering contracts.
• Assist Engineering and Maintenance teams in preparing sourcing requests and defining detailed technical specifications.
• Coordinate RFP/RFQ activities in collaboration with the Procurement function.
• Participate in supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract award processes.
• Draft and review contractual documentation and agreements.
• Manage post-award contract administration, including amendments, variations, and claims.
• Ensure supplier compliance with contract terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support the Cost Control team with reporting and resolving commercial or contractual disputes.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (2 years or more).
• At least 3 years of experience in an aviation technical department, preferably within procurement or contracts.
• Knowledge of aviation technical services, such as Aircraft Base Maintenance, Component Maintenance and Repair, or Engineering services.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within an airline or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) environment.
• Solid understanding of contract terms and legal frameworks.
