Technical Content Writer

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media, and marketing assets
• Create clear technical documentation for products, platforms, and services
• Implement on-page SEO best practices including keyword research and content structuring
• Manage and update company website content using AI-powered tools
• Leverage AI tools for content ideation, drafting, and optimization
• Collaborate with social media teams for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram presence
• Write persuasive copy for advertisements, landing pages, and email campaigns
• Produce long-form content such as whitepapers, eBooks, and case studies
• Support event and webinar content including promotions and session descriptions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in content writing or copywriting, preferably in SaaS or data analytics
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, or Google Analytics
• Proficiency with AI content tools for research and writing
• Experience managing company websites and social media content calendars
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in event content creation and webinar coordination
• Familiarity with data analytics or cloud technologies
