About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute large-scale content migrations, ensuring formatting, links, and structure remain intact
- Troubleshoot and resolve Help Center UI/UX issues using HTML and CSS
- Leverage Generative AI tools to scale content creation and automate DocOps tasks
- Research new features and collaborate with stakeholders to update documentation
- Identify bottlenecks in the content lifecycle and suggest technical solutions for efficiency
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, video creation, or content operations in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS
- Proven experience using AI tools to enhance productivity
- Native-level written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive migration tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with G-suite, Zendesk, Asana, Make, Claude, Amplitude, or Slack
- Proficiency with CMS/LMS, Readme, or video tools like Camtasia/Adobe Premiere
- Background in Marketing, AdTech, or Product Marketing
