Technical Content Researcher

Responsibilities

• Create technical content for development teams to meet client standards
• Design and develop structured technical training to improve processes and teamwork
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information on products and industry trends
• Create engaging training materials including presentations, videos, and demonstrations
• Attend factory or brand-led events, product launches, and technical meetings
• Report project status and results to Project Managers and clients
• Build close working relationships with technical content and design teams

Requirements

• Experience in technical training content creation
• Strong understanding of Automotive engineering
• Experience in client and collaborative relationship management
• Proficiency in technical writing and curriculum development
• Ability to perform training needs analysis
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry recognized technical accreditation
• Experience in technical training and development
• Experience utilizing technology for training delivery such as webinars or social media
• Experience working within a Learning & Development department
