Flagright is an AI operating system for financial crime compliance used globally by Fortune 500 companies, large banks, fintechs, and fast growing startups. We operate as a lean, high-performance team with high individual ownership and direct access to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage editorial strategy for technical and commercial content across enterprise and mid-market priorities
  • Translate GTM narratives, product capabilities, and buyer pain points into high-quality assets
  • Lead creation of flagship content including client stories, technical explainers, thought leadership, and webinar scripts
  • Partner with GTM, Product, Sales, and Solutions teams to extract insights and convert them into accurate content
  • Build and manage the content production system, including briefs, editorial calendars, and review workflows
  • Develop a repeatable approach to client proof, including case studies and sales enablement assets
  • Collaborate with distribution teams to ensure flagship content is effectively packaged and promoted

Requirements

  • Strong B2B SaaS content strategist and writer-editor experience
  • Experience in complex products or regulated categories (fintech, regtech, fraud, AML, risk, cybersecurity)
  • Proven ability to interview subject-matter experts and extract concrete insights
  • Strong editorial judgment for enterprise-level credibility
  • Ability to own both strategy and execution in an early-stage environment
  • Based in the Bay Area with right to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship available)
  • Ability to work fully in-person at the Santa Clara office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in paralegal work, compliance research, investigative journalism, or analyst research
  • Experience writing from primary sources like regulations, policy documents, or technical docs
  • Exposure to fintech, financial crime, payments, or banking infrastructure
