Technical Content Designer/Technical Writer

Responsibilities

• Write technical documentation for our software platform and applications using a clear, conversational style.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across a global organization to ensure documentation is comprehensive and accurate.
• Attend meetings to gather requirements and provide feedback, occasionally coordinating with remote teams outside normal office hours.
• Work closely with the technical content team to deliver content on time and maintain a consistent style and tone through peer reviews.
• Plan and execute content requests and information tasks to the highest standards.
• Support the wider team by helping to onboard, train, and mentor other content designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least four years of experience as a technical writer within a software environment.
• Fluency in English with a wide vocabulary and strong command of grammar.
• Proven ability to work with and understand complex technical systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise business planning or financial data.
• Practical experience using AI tools for documentation tasks such as researching, drafting, and editing.
• Previous experience in a team leadership role.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools like Confluence, Jira, and Git.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and empathetic professional.
