About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end presales engagements and respond to RFPs/RFIs for strategic accounts.
- Define technical scopes and create onboarding documentation for customers.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for clients in the MEA region.
- Support customer retention through structured success programs.
- Represent the company at webinars, industry conferences, and public events.
- Travel across various regions in the Middle East and Africa as required by project needs.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional IT experience.
- Strong understanding of server and network infrastructure.
- Expertise in Active Directory and general IT processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel outside of the UAE.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of IT Helpdesk, Monitoring, SIEM, and Endpoint Management solutions.
- Prior experience in presales or technical account management.
