Technical Consultant - Technology Controls Assurance

Responsibilities

• Own and govern technology control onboarding, ensuring controls are accurately designed, mapped, and maintained in ServiceNow IRM
• Define and enforce standards for control descriptions, mappings, and evidence sufficiency to ensure audit-defensible outcomes
• Lead engagement with technology policy leads and control owners to drive accountability and resolve interpretation issues
• Maintain governance over the Technology Policy Framework, including continuous assessment, compliance reporting, and issue tracking
• Drive enhancement of the assurance operating model through automation and the reduction of manual overhead
• Oversee compliance reporting and analytics using PowerBI dashboards and data integrations
• Provide training and guidance to stakeholders to enable effective use of GRC tools and sustained policy adherence

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Technology Risk, Control Assurance, and Regulatory Compliance at an enterprise level
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IRM, including data models, control frameworks, and platform governance
• Proven ability to operationalize regulatory and industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and DORA
• Demonstrated experience in assurance reporting and analytics, specifically with PowerBI
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex compliance concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Mandatory professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, or ServiceNow IRM
