Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and documented specifications
• Present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and solicit feedback
• Convert client data using SQL and ETL tools to facilitate migrations to MRI Cloud
• Create reports using MRI Toolkit and SSRS reporting
• Manage implementation projects and train clients on software usage
• Collaborate with team members to optimize data conversion processes and internal workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience working with SQL
• Familiarity with databases and data management
• Strong organization, project management, and time management skills
• Professional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• High attention to detail and a client-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with ETL tools
• Experience in programming or data conversion
• Background in customer service, consulting, or client-facing roles
