About the role

Responsibilities

  • Install, implement, service, and troubleshoot complex healthcare monitoring systems and IT infrastructure
  • Provide technical recommendations to suit customer environments and support the transition to customer-focused solutions
  • Diagnose and resolve electronic, networking, and mechanical problems within clinical and non-clinical environments
  • Collaborate with regional work teams, including clinical, sales, and service partners, to coordinate project tasks
  • Perform administrative duties including service work orders, preventative maintenance, and installation documentation
  • Travel approximately 70% within the NYC and Long Island region to support customer sites

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience in IT technologies or the electronics industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of employment
  • Ability to travel up to 70% within the specified geography, including daily driving and occasional overnight stays
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations
