Technical Consultant DHS DACH

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the implementation of networking and control systems in operating rooms across the DACH region, with a focus on the Swiss market.
• Manage the entire implementation process, from project planning and coordination to final commissioning at the customer site.
• Participate in construction meetings and coordinate closely with internal departments and external project partners to ensure smooth project progression.
• Lead and coordinate relevant installation and integration projects within clinical environments.
• Provide technical support to sales and service organizations regarding product questions, installations, presentations, and tender processes.
• Ensure all work complies with quality standards, guidelines, and internal processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a service technician in medical technology or a comparable technical field.
• Strong affinity for IT and software, including confident handling of IT systems.
• Profound knowledge of network technology as well as audio and video technology (AV).
• Proven project management competence and experience in coordinating technical projects.
• Fluency in German, English, and French (business proficiency is mandatory).
• Ability to work independently, structurally, and result-oriented with high responsibility.
• Residency in Switzerland is required due to regular on-site customer visits.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30-50% per year).
