Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide global technical support for Conga CRM products by troubleshooting, debugging, and identifying root causes of complex issues.
• Resolve customer technical problems in a timely manner to ensure product effectiveness and customer success.
• Investigate technical issues, prioritize tasks, and escalate as needed to meet client SLAs.
• Understand and analyze how different systems and applications interact and integrate with one another.
• Champion the customer experience by ensuring technology enables productivity and maximizes business benefits.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of technical support experience, preferably in Salesforce, .NET, or Java environments.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL scripting and programming languages such as Java or .NET.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce workflows, security setups, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and validation rules.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field.
• Proven ability to apply logical thinking to complex troubleshooting scenarios.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (shift window between 5am and 1am) to support global customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with programming languages such as Visual Basic or C#.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different client communication styles.
• Experience in a client-facing delivery or support role.
