About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-the-field clinical and technical support during Aortic, Neurovascular, and Peripheral Vascular procedures.
  • Educate and train physicians, nurses, and Cath lab staff on Medtronic systems and techniques.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive therapy adoption and support product launches.
  • Work on strategic projects with hospitals to enhance medical services and expand treatment capacity.
  • Provide responsive case support, including urgent and unplanned procedures, to ensure continuous coverage.
  • Monitor and analyze case activity, product performance, and customer feedback to improve patient outcomes.
  • Plan and prioritize daily field activities, including case coverage, customer visits, and educational events.
  • Support scientific meetings, workshops, and in-hospital programs by organizing demonstrations and coordinating logistics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology, biomedical engineering, or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Angio or Cath lab, neurovascular, or endovascular environment.
  • Proven experience providing clinical or technical support for medical devices.
  • Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and follow-up within a field-based or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to build partnerships with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
