Technical Construction Trainer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical training to internal and external clients on the correct application of construction products
• Drive commercial growth within the assigned zone through effective product education
• Execute training courses and field demonstrations to ensure proper product usage on-site
• Offer direct technical support, installation guidance, and troubleshooting for customers
• Plan and organize training activities and field visits to maintain high service standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical degree in Construction or a related field
• Proven experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or trainer within the construction sector
• Strong knowledge of construction chemical products and their application processes
• Excellent communication and teaching skills with a customer-centric approach
• Availability for frequent field visits and on-site training in Western Mexico
