Technical Construction Advisor

Responsibilities

• Oversight and guidance throughout warehouse construction projects
• Technical review and recommendations during design and execution
• Advisory on turnkey construction design, procurement, and contracts
• Guidance related to 3PL operator requirements and operational efficiencies
• Provide technical advice and support on construction projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
• Evaluate project plans, specifications, and designs to identify potential issues and recommend improvements
• Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and compliance with technical requirements
• Prepare technical reports and documentation to support project decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 15–20 years of experience in the design and delivery of institutional grade-A logistics facilities across EMEA and the GCC
• Strong knowledge of utilities, infrastructure, sustainability initiatives, and ESG compliance
• Proven experience working with turnkey construction design and contract structures
• Previous exposure to major 3PL operators, understanding their operational standards and facility requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is an advantage
