Technical Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret technical regulatory standards across multiple global jurisdictions into actionable requirements
• Own the game certification process and manage requirements across thousands of titles
• Partner with test laboratories to streamline certification workflows and drive testing automation
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate regulatory research and automate documentation workflows
• Manage IT security compliance and recertification cadence within the Governance Risk System (GRS)
• Manage multiple concurrent jurisdiction projects and align stakeholders across engineering and product teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field
• Experience in online gambling, gaming, financial services, or regulated technology environments
• Ability to translate dense technical and regulatory documents into structured requirements
• Familiarity with international compliance frameworks and IT security controls (e.g., ISO 27001)
• Structured, logical approach to problem-solving with a technical mindset
• Ability to work in a high-velocity environment with strong prioritization skills
• Proficiency in using AI tools to augment research and documentation workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Audit skills (ISO 27001, ISO 9001)
• Direct experience in international online gambling compliance
• Background in AML or financial services compliance
• Experience working with test laboratories
