Responsibilities

• Set the venture's technical direction and lead execution
• Own problem framing, architecture, system design, and product judgment
• Build agentic systems using modern tools and frontier models
• Act as the primary technical voice in early customer conversations
• Focus on proving traction before scaling the team
• Contribute to fundraising and investor due diligence
• Recruit and grow a technical team when appropriate

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping AI products to real users
• Deep practical experience with frontier models, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures
• Strong system design instincts with a bias for simplicity
• Ability to translate messy product intent into clear technical specs
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles to shape product workflows
• Experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader
• Entrepreneurial mindset capable of navigating high ambiguity
