Technical Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support via live chat, email, and other channels
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and manage Tier 1–3 support cases
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients as a trusted advisor
• Translate client workflows and business objectives into tailored platform solutions
• Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to provide structured client feedback
• Assist in customer onboarding and ensure seamless platform integration
• Create and maintain support documentation and internal knowledge base articles

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing technical role (TAM, CSM, Solutions Engineer, or Support Engineer)
• Solid understanding of APIs, technical integrations, and trading system workflows
• Familiarity with financial markets, particularly FX or macro products
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Python and/or SQL for data analysis and debugging
• Experience with Zendesk, Jira, or technical documentation tools
• Previous experience in fintech, crypto trading, or blockchain infrastructure
• Existing network within the institutional digital assets space in Asia
