Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Onboard new clients, providing product training and technical setup assistance
  • Understand client business objectives and provide tailored solutions to maximize product value
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with engineering teams for resolution
  • Proactively monitor client usage and health metrics to identify risks and opportunities
  • Develop strong client relationships to drive retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities
  • Gather client feedback and advocate for product enhancements
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Deliver regular business reviews and performance reports to clients

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, technical account management, or a related technical support role
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
