Technical Clerk

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end crew mobilization and demobilization processes, including travel, visas, and accommodations
• Maintain and update personnel tracking systems and documentation to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Liaise with internal departments such as HR, Logistics, and Operations, as well as external vendors and immigration authorities
• Ensure timely crew rotations in alignment with project schedules and operational needs
• Monitor compliance with company policies, international regulations, and client requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience as a Technical Clerk, Crew Officer, or Logistics Assistant within the offshore oil & gas, maritime, or construction industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with crew management or HR systems (e.g., SAP, crew planning tools, or 3VM)
• Strong knowledge of visa processing, immigration procedures, and offshore certification requirements
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to be available 24/7 to support offshore operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the Middle East region
• Previous experience in a project-based offshore environment
