Technical Clerk

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process technical and commercial tasks
• Create quotes and offers within the ERP system
• Handle customer inquiries and provide technical consultation
• Manage order processing, including deadline tracking
• Plan the deployment and scheduling of technicians
• Monitor market and competition to identify new sales opportunities
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training (minimum 3 years)
• Ideally holding a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Fluency in German and strong communication skills
• Experience in customer service and quote generation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in market analysis or technical sales
• Knowledge of UVV, industrial certifications, Atex, or electrical engineering
• Familiarity with quality assurance or regulatory standards
• Experience in the professional guidance of employees
