Technical Clerk Aviation

Responsibilities

• Perform technical preparation for aviation orders, including reviewing contracts and customer specifications for feasibility.
• Conduct independent feasibility studies and request necessary customer documentation.
• Create manufacturing orders and develop, design, and draw fixture concepts.
• Prepare testing documentation and inspection instructions.
• Manage customer contact via telephone and on-site visits, providing holistic project management from preparation to implementation.
• Act as a central interface to clarify technical questions internally and support production.
• Drive the optimization of manufacturing processes and assist with offer reviews and supplier management.
• Handle complaints in collaboration with internal partners.

Requirements

• State-certified technician in manufacturing, process, or design technology.
• Multi-year experience in technical order processing.
• Fluent German and good English language skills.
• Proficiency in CAD systems, preferably SolidWorks.
• Highly independent and structured way of working with holistic process thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of thermal coating processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle.
