Technical Call Center Medical Technologist

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to customers and field personnel for diagnostic products, instruments, and assays
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues using remote technology such as instrument screen sharing
• Serve as the first point of contact for diagnostics customers regarding instrument or assay issues
• Document all issues and resolutions within the ticket documentation system to ensure compliance and support product design
• Analyze problems and utilize technical information from Operation Manuals and Knowledge Management to find solutions
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Service, and Quality teams to ensure comprehensive issue resolution
• Recognize and document product performance trends within the quality system

Requirements

• Associates Degree
• 3 years of experience in a medical laboratory environment, field service, clinical experience, or diagnostic product experience
• Must currently reside in the Irving, TX area
• Ability to work day shift hours with rotating weekends

• Experience as a Medical Technician
