About the role
Responsibilities
- Pilot mechanical parts and technical component purchases from national and international suppliers
- Identify, select, and develop a supplier panel meeting quality, cost, and deadline objectives
- Negotiate commercial and contractual conditions to optimize performance and sustainable partnerships
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance
- Collaborate with technical, quality, production, and logistics teams
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and support new product developments
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent training
- Minimum 11 years of experience in technical purchasing, ideally in the automotive or demanding industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of technical parts and supply chain challenges
- Solid negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Rigorous, analytical, and highly organized
- Professional English proficiency is an asset
