Technical Buyer

Responsibilities

• Manage technical purchasing for defined product groups within production materials
• Control the commissioning of external service providers for surface finishing, assembly, and further processing steps
• Request quotes, perform price comparisons, and execute orders within SAP
• Monitor procurement processes to ensure timely and demand-oriented delivery
• Maintain relevant SAP master data and manage supplier complaints in coordination with internal departments
• Execute project-based purchasing activities and actively contribute to the optimization of procurement processes
• Create reports and evaluations for the department and ensure smooth communication with internal interfaces

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training or a relevant university degree
• Proven professional experience in procurement or purchasing
• Strong understanding of procurement processes
• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working
• High level of responsibility, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
