Technical Buyer/Coordinator - Repair & Maintenance (Medico)

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of spare parts, materials, and technical components
• Follow up on deliveries, backorders, and vendor performance
• Coordinate repairs and service agreements with external suppliers
• Support the planning of technical repairs and service tasks
• Maintain documentation in compliance with medical standards (SOPs, certificates, etc.)
• Register and update service history and component logs in ERP/service systems
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and ISO 13485
• Monitor inventory levels and plan for spare part requirements

Requirements

• Experience in technical procurement, logistics, or a coordinating role
• Background in a medical, electronic, or production environment
• Technical education (e.g., Mechanical Technician, Production Technologist, or similar)
• Understanding of technical drawings and mechanical components
• Knowledge of QMS and ISO 13485 standards
• Strong IT and documentation skills
• Fluency in both Danish and English
